How to Enrol

Enrolling is as simple as jumping online https://aimyone.com/kidzneticl and creating a profile or logging in and following the quick and easy steps.

  • Please make sure that you provide all relevant medical conditions and food allergies.

  • Please also provide any relevant information on parent orders or restricted pickups.

  • Please bring in or email all WINZ forms, before the start of the school day so they can be completed in a timely manner.

Times to Remember

Huapai Plus is open from 7am-6pm with a roll call at 9am.
Please take note of trip days and what time we will be leaving school.
Please remember that you must sign your children in and out of the programme on the programme tablet every day.

What your child/ren needs to bring
  • Please bring a drink bottle, morning tea and lunch every day. Afternoon tea will be provided every day.

  • Please provide some spare clothes for the day, as we sometimes get messy.

  • Please make sure your child has appropriate clothing and footwear for the day’s activities.

  • Please do not bring any electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets or gaming equipment.

Cancellations

One week’s notice, in writing, must be provided if a child is to be withdrawn from the programme, otherwise a 1 week fee is payable based on the previous booking.

Cancellations made by 7am the day of will receive a 50% refund, Cancellations made after 7am will be charged for the day.
